It's simple to activate the collection process:

1. Read the rules and regulations and complete the online form.
   
   
2. ReturnNet System personnel will process your application and send you a completed Bill of Lading within 3 business days.
   
   
3. Sign and return the Bill of Lading to ReturnNet System.
   
   
4. Containers will be picked up within 10 business days upon receipt of Bill of Lading.
